Does Chess Publisher make it easy to post games?

Well... this is a test of that question. I liked the look and feel of my self published games using the Java Applet but this could be superior.

It seems you have to format your PGN like Rae1.. not Ra1e1 which is how PGN is reported from timeforchess.com. Really makes it easy to add games to your blog though. Great JobChess Publisher.

Chess Publisher is nice (in a way), but i don't like the fact that i cannot flip the board. When i want to show games i played as Black, i want the board to be shown from Black's point of view. Maybe i'll start using it once they fix it so that the board is able to flip.

Well for me to publish games before I had to ftp the pgn's up to my personal webspace. I also had to create an HTML page for each game or set of games. This is by far easier. I don't like it as well, but for ease of use I think its superior and will probably lead to more games being posted in the blogosphere.

Is it possible to comment on the game?

Hi, thanks for using Chess Publisher.

The flash program is written by Robert Ambalong. At the moment you can't flip boards in Chess Publisher.

I'm also looking into other scripts that can let the board include comments and subvariations.

I guess I am just following up on Blue Devil Knight's question. I like to annotate games and it would be great to do it with Chess Publisher. I guess in the mean time, I will post two things: a click and play using chess publisher, and then an annotated (book) version write below it.

At the moment I am trying to develop some plugins for WordPress to publish chess games (with variations, comments and clickable moves on a Wordpress blogsite.

I use these to publish chess lessons.

In addition I try to find other ways to publish Chess games on blogspot.
